Whitney has been working as a licensed massage therapist for over 15 years. Most of her career has been spent serving clients in Fort Worth as owner of the now closed Fort Worth Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. In 2018 she accepted a position as a personal massage therapist & nutritionist, where she worked until early 2022 when she relocated to Whitney, TX. Along with conventional continuing education, Whitney also spent a number of years in apprenticeship under a bodyworker to develop her touch and skill set, later helping to refine the treatment protocols she learned and develop instructional material for these techniques. She was happy to spend 6+ years working as an instructor at the North Texas School of Swedish Massage (Arlington, TX) where she taught a number of subjects including various massage techniques as well as anatomy & physiology. Years of independent study, hands-on experience and direct tutelage helped her to create a massage style that is both relaxing and effective.
